Los Olivillos is a residential area located in San Roque (Cádiz) consisting of 501 houses arranged in longitudinal two-story galleries. With a linear city design, its main axis is the pedestrian street Vicente Aleixandre, which is 500 meters long.
All the streets are named after renowned artists, from writers such as Juan Ramón Jiménez and Federico García Lorca to painters like Pablo Picasso, to musicians, and more. As the older residents say it is built on a former olive grove, from which it takes its name, it was inaugurated in 1982.
In the same year, Asador Los Olivillos was founded, named in honor of the Los Olivillos neighborhood.
Today, we are located in the town of Jimena de la Frontera, where we continue to roast chickens with the same care and style as when we first started, but adding new dishes that our customers enjoy every weekend.
